If you use third-party services, please understand the following:
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and we are not responsible to anyone for any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through such websites.

Account
If an account is required to use any part of our Services, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information upon registration.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date and to keep your password secure.

Termination

Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." FDDB and its suppliers and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third party rights. Neither FDDB nor its suppliers and licensors warrant that our services will be error-free or that access to them will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that downloading or receiving content or services through our services is at your own discretion and risk.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, this agreement and any access to or use of our services are governed by the laws of Germany.

The competent courts of Germany shall be the jurisdictional venue for all disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement and your access to or use of our services.

Modification
FDDB reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time at its discretion.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting them on our website or by sending you an email or other notification prior to such changes taking effect. The notification will set out a reasonable period after which the new terms will take effect.

If you do not agree to our changes, you must stop using our services within the stated notice period or after the changes take effect.

If you continue to use our services, you will be subject to the new terms.
